Michael is a Child & Family Therapist with a private practice in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He received a Master’s Degree in Social Work and is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in Colorado and Oregon.
Before starting his own private practice in 2014, he worked in a residential treatment centre for children and teens, at a shelter for at-risk youth, and as a child and family therapist in a community-based mental health agency. He specialises in working with kids & teens with emotional, behavioural, and/or school difficulties.
He co-founded Mental health Center Kids in 2021 in a mission to create high-quality, visually engaging mental health worksheets to support children to be happy and healthy.
