  • Give parents and teachers the advice and support they need to help all children embrace the internet with confidence and protect them from online harms.
  • Raise awareness through campaigns and industry partnerships so that children and young people can be happy and healthy online.
  • Ensure the views of parents and children are consistently and systematically heard by industry, policymakers and government.

Overview of Role

As Website Performance Executive, you’ll help us understand how users find, navigate, and interact with our content across platforms by integrating that data into Looker Studio and creating storytelling reports. Your report insights will help us make informed, data-driven decisions. You’ll work closely with our Digital Experience Lead to support our efforts in performance tracking, implementation of A/B testing results and technical SEO audits, and in turn, help evolve how we measure success with a growing focus on AI-driven discovery and multi-channel journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on regular and ad hoc reporting on website, campaign, and partners’ impact via Looker Studio to be shared across teams
  • Maintain and evolve performance dashboards and KPIs
  • Monitor traffic sources, behavioural journeys and on-site engagement trends
  • Monitor competitor trends, keyword rankings, and new discovery patterns across platforms
  • Support implementing tagging and tracking effectively via Tag Manager, GA4 and WordPress
  • Support implementing actionable insights on website that help improve SEO, user journeys and content discovery (e.g. Implement A/B testing results and SEO audits’ amendments)
  • Support monitoring the impact of AI features like Search Generative Experience (SGE) on content visibility

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Essential

  • Educated to degree level in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Digital Media, Data Analytics, Business) or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a digital, content or data role involving performance reporting
  • Proficient with Looker Studio (e.g. Ability to create reports from the ground up using multiple data sources, custom dimensions, metrics, and filters)
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) explorations and reports
  • Understanding of Tag Manager containers, tags and triggers
  • Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with data
  • Ability to interpret performance data and present insights clearly
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with digital, marketing and policy teams

Desirable

  • Awareness of SEO performance metrics and tools (e.g. Search Console, SEMrush, SE Ranking, Supermetrics)
  • Understanding of user journey analysis or conversion funnels
  • Experience working in a content-heavy or mission-led organisation
  • Interest in emerging trends in AI, search and social content discovery
