Introduction  

By participating in the prize draw, you agree to these prize draw terms and conditions. The prize draw is run by Internet Matters Limited. 

Eligibility to Enter  

The prize draws are open to entrants who are UK residents of any age. Entrants under 18 must get consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before entering. The parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of entrants under 18 agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the entrant. Internet Matters Limited employees and associates are excluded from the draw.  

Internet Matters Limited reserves the right to obtain proof of such consent and to refuse entry or to choose another winner if such proof, where requested, has not been given 

Internet Matters Limited has the right at any time to require entrants to provide proof of identity as evidence of eligibility to participate. If an entrant fails to comply with a request for proof of identity, or provides false or misleading information, Internet Matters Limited may, at their discretion, disqualify the entrant from the competition, or, where appropriate allocate the prize to another eligible entrant. Such a decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into about a decision regarding eligibility. 

The prize draws are free to enter. 

By entering the prize draws, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive the prize awarded to you. 

The prize draw will start on Tuesday, 1^st July 2025 and end on 31^st March 2026. 

There are three prizes in total to be won, with one prize available per competition period. Each winner will be selected at the end of each of the following competition periods: 

• 1^st July 2025 – 30^th September 2025 
• 1^st October 2025 – 31^st December 2025 
• 1^st January 2026 – 31^st March 2026 

Entries made between 00:00 am on the first day of the competition period and 11:59 pm on the final day of the competition period will be eligible to win the prize draw for that competition period. 

Entries made in a previous competition period will not carry over to the next competition period. 

To enter the prize draw, entrants must fully complete the feedback form for the Tackling Online Hate and/or Breaking Down Gender Stereotypes quiz.

Entrants must also complete and submit the competition form provided to enter the prize draw. The competition form is only available on submission of the feedback form. 

Only one entry will be counted. Completing the feedback form and submitting the competition form for both the Tackling Online Hate and Breaking Down Gender Stereotypes quizzes will still only be considered one entry. 

The Prize 

The prize for each competition period is a £100 Amazon gift card. 

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. 

The use of specific brands as prizes by Internet Matters Limited does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.  

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so. The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant app or retailer.   

Internet Matters Limited’s decision on any aspect of the prize draws is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 

Winner Selection and Communication 

The winner will be chosen at random via automated computer selection at the end of each competition period. 

The winner will be notified via the email address provided.  

Internet Matters Limited will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.  

If the winner does not respond to the first email informing them of their win within 3 days, a second email will be sent. 

If the winner does not respond to the second email informing them of their win within 3 days, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Internet Matters Limited reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.  

If a winner does not provide a valid email address to receive the prize, within 3 days of the second notification email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Internet Matters Limited reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.  

Winners will have a total of 6 days to claim the prize before it is forfeited. 

Delivery of the Prize  

The prize will be sent via email using the email address provided by the winner on confirmation of their win. 

Internet Matters Limited will dispatch the prize within 30 days of receiving the winner’s email address. 

Data Protection and Publicity  

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the prize draw will be used by Internet Matters Limited for the purposes of administering the prize draws and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.  

All entrants may request information on the winning participants by emailing info@internetmatters.org.  

If requested by Internet Matters Limited, the winners agree to release their first name to any other prize draw participants.  

The winner’s first name and county of residence may be announced on Internet Matters Limited’s website and social media channels. 

Limitation of Liability  

Internet Matters Limited accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.  

General  

Internet Matters Limited reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions.
