Our team

Rachel Huggins
Co-CEO
Rachel was part of the original Internet Matters launch team and became Co-CEO in summer 2023.
Rachel is responsible for the organisation’s strategy and development of key partnerships. Her background includes strategic planning and marketing roles in media, financial services, retail and publishing, with over 10 years of experience working for Sky, one of Internet Matters’ founding members. She is also a mum to two small children taking their first steps in the digital world.

Carolyn Bunting
Co-CEO
Carolyn has been leading Internet Matters since its launch in May 2014. She has a wealth of marketing experience in senior positions at Sky and Vodafone – pivotal experience in reaching out to parents. With two school-age children of her own, she is passionate about ensuring children can enjoy the internet safely.

Paula Levett
Office Manager
Paula is responsible for the administrative management of Internet Matters and successfully keeps everyone organised. She has over 18 years of experience in Office Administration, Facilities and Project Management, within sectors ranging from Education, Finance and large multi-nationals to small start-up operations.

Khyati Lathigra
Finance Manager
Khyati is responsible for the finance department and manages the overall accounting function for Internet Matters. With over 15 years of experience in financial support across numerous industries, she provides a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the team. And as a mum, she knows making sure that children can stay safe and explore the internet safely with parental support is extremely important in the ever-developing digital world.

Ghislaine Bombusa
Content and Digital Director
Ghislaine is responsible for managing the social media channels and working closely with our e-safety experts to develop content that helps to educate and inform parents on e-safety issues. She is passionate about all things social and is heavily involved in creating and sharing the best resources available for parents through our social media channels to get parents talking and sharing their real-life experiences.

Vasileios Zarodimos
SEO & Social Lead
Vasileios is responsible for planning, implementing, reporting, and monitoring digital marketing strategies across all Internet Matters’ online channels. He has proven ability in SEO, social media & email marketing and is skilled in analysing marketing trends. Passionate about the digital world, Vasileios is keen to promote Internet Matters’ vision to make the internet a safe yet enjoyable place for all children.

Sheena Peckham
Content Lead
Sheena works as a part of the Digital Team as a content writer and is partially responsible for Internet Matters’ website content and social media. With many years of experience in education, including as a teacher, librarian and educational content creator, she wants to ensure children are taught to utilise the internet and all it has to offer in a safe and savvy way.

Andre Armacollo
Digital Experience Lead
Having worked in marketing, web design, and front-end development for the last decade, Andre has gained valuable experience in navigating the digital world we live in. Since joining Internet Matters, he’s been applying those skills to contribute to the wider community and, hopefully, help make a small difference somewhere.

Louis Francmanis
Digital Content Executive
Working as a part of the digital team, Louis is responsible for contributing content for the Internet Matters website, writing articles on new apps or internet trends. With a background in content writing, and a strong interest in the digital world, he is always on the lookout for things parents and children should be informed about when online.

Richard Amos
Head of Fundraising
Richard leads our fundraising and commercial function. His focus is on securing new partnerships and supporting the development of our current partners with activity which delivers mutual business and social impact goals. Richard brings a breadth and depth of partnerships and business development experience from leading teams and major partnerships at charities over the past 15 years. He is passionate about making the internet experience for children and parents as fulfilling and safe as it can be.

Head of Campaigns
Guy is responsible for the management and execution of Internet Matters’ brand and marketing strategies. He has over 10 years of experience across the marketing landscape having worked in media, advertising and digital transformation agencies. Having grown up alongside the internet, he wants to ensure that future generations can make the most of the ever-changing digital landscape safely.

Elie Granville
Senior CRM & Email
Elie is responsible for our contact and email marketing strategies, leading the development and use of our new customer relationship management tools. She is keen to use her diverse range of marketing experience to create personal communications and experiences for Internet Matters’ audiences, providing parents and teachers with the right tools to help their children navigate the digital world safely.

Dara Jegede
External Communications Manager
Dara is responsible for our PR strategy and events management, leveraging her broad comms experience to craft compelling stories that connect with diverse audiences. Passionate about children’s wellbeing and creating a positive impact, she works closely with the media and partners to empower families and professionals to help kids navigate the digital world safely.

Charlie Joy
Senior Marketing Executive
Charlie is responsible for the day-to-day running of Internet Matters’ paid digital accounts and helping manage partner relationships. He has over 6 years of experience working in the marketing industry, and with 2 little cousins who are finding their feet in the digital world, he has a keen interest in making it as enjoyable as possible for them and other young people.


Katie Freeman-Tayler
Head of Research & Policy
Katie leads on research projects and ensures that the voices of parents, children and young people are represented in and drive the work of the wider Internet Matters team. With a background in the third and public sectors, she has experience in a range of research methods, with a focus on research with children and young people, parents and teachers. Katie loves coffee, hates inequality and, outside work, you can find her in a book or at the beach!

Rupert Meadows
Policy Manager
Rupert supports the delivery of policy and research projects, exploring children’s safety in their use of digital technologies. He has 5 years of experience of public parliamentary campaigning and stakeholder engagement and is keen to use this to ensure that children have a positive experience online. He wants to help the internet contribute to education and opportunity for young people as best it can.

Katherine Lai
Research Officer
Kat works in the research and policy team and is responsible for contributing to Internet Matters research outputs. After finishing her masters’ specialising in this space, she is passionate about amplifying the voices of children and young people in the digital world. She hopes that she can do her part in making the internet a better place for all.
