Terms and Conditions

  • The Draw is open only to people who have provided their email address after completing the Parent and Child parts of the ‘Neurodiversity in Gaming Online Survey’ Smart Survey.
  • Only entrants who meet all the criteria specified at the start of the survey will be able to enter the Draw.
  • Employees of Internet Matters, its group companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Draw may not enter the Draw.
  • Entrants into the Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  • Personal information submitted for the Draw will not be used for any sales or marketing purposes, unless express permission is received.
  • If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Draw, please e-mail us via the address given at the within the survey with “survey Draw” in the subject line.
  • Only one entry per person will be accepted. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
  • Internet Matters accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Internet Matters.
  • Entries received outside the closing date given at the start of this survey will not be considered.
  • One Recipient will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process and will take place on the date given within the survey.
  • The Recipient will be notified by email and must provide an email address for their claim.
  • If a Recipient does not respond to Internet Matters within 28 days of being notified by Internet Matters, then the winner’s award will be forfeited and Internet Matters shall be entitled to select another Recipient in accordance with the process described above (and that Recipient will have to respond to notification of their receive within 28 days or else they will also forfeit their prize), or donate the award to a charity of Internet Matters’s choice.
  • If a Recipient rejects their award or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s award will be forfeited, and Internet Matters shall be entitled to select another winner.
  • The award is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable in a format other than that initially specified.
  • Internet Matters retains the right to substitute the award with another award of similar value in the event the original award offered is not available.
  • Internet Matters shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in the research partner – Autistica – privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen here, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Draw entry, and for the purposes outlined above.
  • Internet Matters accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Draw or accepting the prize. Internet Matters further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Draw.
  • Internet Matters reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control
