By participating in the competitions you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competitions are being run by Internet Matters Limited.
The competitions are open to entrants who are both UK residents and over 18 years of age. Internet Matters Limited employees and associates are excluded from the draw.
The competitions are free to enter.
By entering the competitions, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
The competitions will start on 11th December 2023 and end on 24th December 2023. Each day there is a separate prize draw competition. Entries made between 7am and midnight on each day will be eligible for entry to the prize draw on that day. There is a limit of one entry per person on each daily competition. Additional entries made on any individual day will be discounted. Entrants must provide their full name and email address via the competition page hosted on www.internetmatters.org, for each daily competition they wish to enter.
Entry will not be accepted via any other means.

The use of specific brands as prizes by Internet Matters Limited does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so. The vouchers and gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant app or retailer.
Internet Matters Limited’s decision on any aspect of the competitions is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Each winner will be chosen at random via automated computer selection and notified via the email address provided by 12th January 2024.
Internet Matters Limited will make two attempts to contact each winner via email.
If a winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Internet Matters Limited reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
If a winner does not provide a delivery address (if requested) within 14 days of the second notification email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Internet Matters Limited reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
In order to receive the prize of 10,000 Yubucks, the winner will need to have an active Yubo account and provide their Yubo screen name so Yubo may transfer the Yubucks to their account. Failure to do this within 14 days of the second email will result in the winner forfeiting their right to the prize, and Internet Matters Limited reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
Prizes will be sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery, or via email for digital prizes using the email address provided on entry of the competition.
Internet Matters Limited will despatch all prizes within 30 days of receiving the winner’s confirmation response.
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competitions will be used by Internet Matters Limited for the purposes of administering the competitions and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
All entrants may request information on the winning participants by emailing [email protected].
If requested by Internet Matters Limited, the winners agree to release their first name to any other competition participants.
The winner’s first name and county of residence may be announced on Internet Matters Limited’s website and social media channels.
Internet Matters Limited accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
Internet Matters Limited reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
