Jacky works for Silent Secret a charity who specialise in helping young people, aged 11-19, to create a social community for young people to share their thoughts, feelings and secrets. They do this by offering a free app that allows anyone to post how they feel anonymously.

Your post can be a secret, a thought, a feeling, something humorous, aspirational or hopeful.
We believe in Silent Secret as a social community built by and for young people, to support young people to have less stress and anxiety by providing a safe place to share and connect to expert support organisations in times of need.
The app allows you to ask for help by clicking on the ‘get support’ button which gives you access to phone lines such as Child Line and Samaritans. They have found most people press on that button and ask for help very early on after beginning to use the app.
