Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

By participating in the prize draw, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The prize draw is being run by Internet Matters Limited.

The prize draw is open to entrants who are both UK residents and over 18 years of age. Entry is limited to teachers at primary schools in the UK. Internet Matters Limited employees and associates are excluded from the draw.

The prize draw is free to enter.

By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.

The prize draw will start on 8th October 2024 and end on 30th November 2024. There is a limit of one entry per person per downloaded lesson pack (Critical Thinking Online and Is it Funny or Is It Hate). Further additional entries made throughout the prize draw period will be discounted. Entrants must provide their full name and email address via the prize draw page. Entrants must use a school email address to enter the prize draw.

Entry will not be accepted via any other means.

The prize will be 30 Samsung Tab A9 64gb (8”) + WiFi, with protective covers. All 30 tablets will be awarded to one winner.

The use of specific brands as prizes by Internet Matters Limited does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

Internet Matters Limited’s decision on any aspect of the prize draws is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

The winner will be chosen at random via automated computer selection and notified via the email address provided by 30th November 2024.

Internet Matters Limited will make two attempts to contact the winner via email within 7 days. Internet Matters will contact the primary school by telephone to validate that the winner is a teacher at the school.

If a winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 7 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Internet Matters Limited reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

If a winner does not provide a delivery address within 7 days of the second notification email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Internet Matters Limited reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Prizes will be sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery. The winner will need to supply the delivery address within 7 days of being contacted for the second time. Internet Matters Limited will despatch all prizes within 30 days of receiving the winner’s confirmation response.

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the prize draw will be used by Internet Matters Limited for the purposes of administering the prize draw and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participants by emailing info@www.internetmatters.org.

If requested by Internet Matters Limited, the winners agree to release their first name to any other prize draw participants.

The name of the winner’s school, and the location (region) of the winner’s school may be announced on Internet Matters Limited’s website and social media channels.

The winner will be required to participate in follow up communications, including but not limited to written quotes for Internet Matters’ social channels, press releases and photo/video content.

Internet Matters Limited accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.

Internet Matters Limited reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions.
