Carolyn Bunting


Carolyn Bunting is CEO of Internet Matters, an independent, not-for-profit organisation which helps families keep their children safe online. She has been at the helm of Internet Matters since its launch in 2014 by founding members BT, Sky, TalkTalk and Virgin Media. She is passionate about encouraging industry to collaborate to address this challenging societal issue, with Google, the BBC, Facebook and Samsung among the many media and tech companies who have since become members of Internet Matters.

Claire Levens

Policy Director (Consultant)

Claire Levens is a public affairs expert and is responsible for leading our work with policymakers and stakeholders. She has worked for blue chip companies for over 20 years and has a long track record of successfully changing corporate reputations. Claire has young children and is committed to helping children navigate the wonders of the internet safely.

Nick Wiggin

Partnerships Director

Nick is responsible for developing key partnerships across the organization.  Previously he lead global partnerships for Huawei and Ericsson and chaired the Mobile Marketing Association UK. He is an F.A. licensed coach and manages his son’s football team.

Paula Levett

Office Manager

Paula is responsible for the administrative management of Internet Matters and successfully keeps everyone organised. She has over 18 years’ experience in Office Administration, Facilities and Project Management, in sectors ranging from Education, Finance and large multi-nationals to small start-up operations.

Jo Rossi

Head of Marketing

Jo is the Head of Marketing responsible for the overall marketing of Internet Matters. Jo is instrumental in developing the brand, marketing and PR strategies and the delivery of effective communications for Internet Matters. Having family members of a young age, she is passionate about online safety and giving parents the best support and advice possible to protect their families.

Ghislaine Bombusa

Head of Digital

Ghislaine is responsible for managing the social media channels and working closely with our e-safety experts to develop content that helps to educate and inform parents on e-safety issues. She is passionate about all things social and is heavily involved in creating and sharing the best resources available for parents through our social media channels to get parents talking and sharing their real-life experiences.

Adriana Nobre

Business Analyst

Adriana is from Brazil and lived in Australia for the last 3 years. She recently moved to the UK and joined Internet Matters in August 2017. She has over 10 year’s industry experience ranging from engineering companies, pharmaceutical/manufacturing industries, Public Sector and Non-Profit Organisations. She has an in-depth understanding and knowledge of Business Process Improvement operations and she will be helping us to improve our internal process

Puja Bhagat

Senior Marketing Manager

Puja is responsible for the management and execution of Internet Matter’s brand and marketing strategies. She has over 8 year’s industry experience across both media agencies and Sky.  As an aunt of two young children, she is very enthusiastic about online safety and supporting parents/carers.

Antara Banarjee

Web developer

Antara is responsible for the web development aspect of Internet Matters, from new site builds and optimization to website performance monitoring and site usability issues. A long-time proponent of web standards, accessibility, and open-source content management systems, she has been coding object-oriented programming and building CMS websites since she graduated in 2010. Being a mother of a young child, she is very keen to support internet safety for children.

Kieran Buffong

Marketing Executive

Kieran is part of the marketing team and supports the execution of brand and marketing activities. Previously he has worked for the NHS and Virgin Care. Having a younger sister in primary school, he is keen to support internet safety for young children.
